Your safari begins with an early morning pick-up from your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala. Drive north toward Murchison Falls National Park, passing through small towns and rural landscapes.
Optional stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for guided rhino tracking on foot, allowing you to see Uganda’s only wild rhinos in a protected environment.
Continue to the park and proceed to the top of Murchison Falls for your first dramatic view of the Nile forcing its way through a narrow rock gorge. Afterward, transfer to your lodge for check-in, relaxation, dinner, and overnight stay.

Begin the day with an early morning game drive on the northern bank of the Nile, the most wildlife-rich sector of the park. Expect to encounter elephants grazing in the savannah, giraffes moving across open plains, buffalo herds, antelope species such as Uganda kob, and possibly lions or leopards.
Return to the lodge for breakfast and relaxation before heading out in the afternoon for a boat cruise along the Nile River. The cruise takes you upstream to the base of the falls, offering close views of large hippo pods, Nile crocodiles basking on the banks, and a variety of water birds.
The boat slowly approaches the thunderous base of the falls, providing exceptional photographic opportunities. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.
